I provide clients with a consultative service. Well beyond navigating rental requirements, I am also mindful of incremental and significant market movements that could impact upon landlords’ longevity in the Sydney metro region. This holistic approach is borne of a background in both sales and administration.
Prior to joining the property management team, I was fortunate to gain insights into the machinations of selling and leasing processes. Being engaged in back-end operations, and client-facing roles, provided a formidable foundation from which to launch my property management career.
Accessibility and efficiency are the core values that shape my professionalism. Local and foreign investors also value my multi-lingual abilities — I am fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
In addition to managing a growing portfolio of clients’ residential investments, I also assist the Directors in overseeing a significant portfolio of commercial properties.
